Initial Visit - meet and greet is free​

Full payment is due the day that service starts. We accept, cash, check, Venmo, Paypal and Cashapp. Please reach out to me prior to start day and let me know how you would like to pay

There is a $35 return check fee

We require detailed written instructions for each pet

Please inform us of any health concerns or other special needs - such as 'on leash only', keep segregated from other pets, etc

There is a $15 holiday fee on the actual day of the following holidays: New Years Day, Easter, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Christmas day

There are no refunds or credits as I only take one client at a time to make sure I can focus on one place and provide the best care. Holidays will book up quickly so please reserve well in advance

Cancellation policy: We require 48 hour notice. Emergencies do come up so if you must cancel with in 48 hours we request that you pay 1/2 of the total of the invoice as we have blocked that time out for your service
